Introducing our new 'Click Through' feature - filtered responses at your finger tips!

We’re delighted to announce the launch of a new feature in the ServiceTick console.

‘Click Through’ has been designed to take you straight to the heart of your insights in one simple click.


Target negative feedback instantly

Click on any part of a pie chart, bar chart or table on the dashboard and you will be taken to a view of all the responses that make up that aspect of the feedback.

For example, if you want to view all the responses for detractors (and you have a pie chart showing Promoters, Passives and Detractors) just click on the red Detractor segment of the pie and you will be taken straight to the relevant detail.

Drill down into agent feedback

Equally, if you have a comparison table of individual agent scores and you want to see all the responses for one agent, just click on their name and, hey presto, there’s the information.

You don’t have to go through any setup process; just open your dashboard and click away.
